Within the scope of Istanbul Development Agency's 2018 Entrepreneurship Financial Support Program, ’Health Initiatives' Access to the Global Market’ project was entitled to be supported.
Supported by İSTKA 'Health Initiative of Global Market Access'' project with the primary objective of Istanbul in Turkey but primarily health sector entrepreneurs in our country produce the value-added information, services, and is accelerated by expanding the scale of health sector initiatives by providing its involvement in overseas markets the product. In this context, entrepreneurs will be able to stand up under intense competition conditions.
The Global Access to Health Initiatives Project aims to organize the first of an important health organization in Istanbul. Organization, entrepreneurs and leaders in Turkey and will be combined with important names worldwide. World Health Organization in technology, health care reform, health care policy in Turkey, on topics such as the importance of health entrepreneurs are planned to be held conversations. Traditionalization and duration of the event brought together entrepreneurs and leaders from Turkey each year is expected to be recognized at the international level of health care entrepreneur. After the event, a web-based platform will be created in which new collaborations, entrepreneurs, health academicians, investors, mentors and health technologies will emerge. The platform is also planned to be transformed into an application and transformed into an information pool that is accessible to the whole world.
After the event, a competition will be held for the entrepreneurs to take part in these markets after the trainings to be held in Acıbadem University Incubation Center for international markets. 3 startups will be sent to London, the Netherlands and Singapore together with a team of 3 startups and a support and advisory team consisting of our project team. In the UK, the Netherlands and Singapore, the entrepreneurship centers from which the project team will cooperate will provide entrepreneurs with specific marketing strategies, contact support with customer, partner and investor networks, and health entrepreneurship trainings to European standards. In addition, 3 entrepreneurs identified as a result of the competition will be supported to participate in the IPI fair held in Singapore and stand opening. In this way, our entrepreneurs will be supported to enter the existing markets or create a new market environment in these countries which are at the top of the world health entrepreneurship.
